The chart shown above indicates Market Makers are implementing a double top strategy in the eighth point (as discussed on January 25, 2019) for the purpose of starting a controlled decline that will last for several months. The wealth of Baby Boomers will be harvested by commercial bankers, just as they have done with previous generations.
